Accounting and Finance (Chinese-Thai bilingual)

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and handle accounting and financial operations for projects with Chinese partners, encompassing responsibilities such as managing accounts payable/receivable, overseeing finance, maintaining the general ledger, and providing information related to accounting and finance to Chinese partners.
- Generate and assess financial statements for the Chinese projects, delivering precise and timely reports and conversation to both the CFO and partners in China. (Translate business documents related to accounting from Thai to Chinese and from Chinese to Thai, Real-time business communication about accounting information between Thai CFO and Chinese partners)
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to provide financial data, accounting data.
- Act as a coordinator between the CFO and Chinese partners, fostering effective communication and ensuring that the project proceeds in accordance with financial strategies and objectives.
- Manage internal financial and accounting tasks e.g. record accounting transactions, create and reconcile balance sheet accounts, financial analysis, forecast financial liquidity.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fields.
- Proficient of both Business level of English and Chinese languages (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
- Proven experience in roles such as Accountant or Finance. (Mostly focus on Accounting)
- Competence in utilizing accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
