Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s franchise network.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners, negotiate terms, and successfully  close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify expansion opportunities. 
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth franchise  openings and operations.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
- Travel domestically to support site visits, openings, and relationship-building when necessary.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
 
Qualifications:  
- Experience in the beverage industry, with exposure to franchise development. 
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, including operations and support  systems. 
- Background in start-ups or fast-growing businesses is a plus. 
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals. 
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach. 
- Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed. 
- Flexible and adaptable to work outside standard office hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
