Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Managing overall sales processes.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Developing new sales opportunities, supporting marketing events.
- Handling stock.
- Ensuring the store organization.
- Actively contributing to customer experience and business development.
- Coordinating with various departments.
- Participating in ongoing training and updates.
- Involves detailed record-keeping, collaboration with visual merchandising, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Graduate bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Have direct experience in Luxury Retails, or Airline.
- Fluent command of English especially spoken and written.
- Have strong service mind, good self-image, enthusiasm.
- Have problem solving skills, communication skills, and adaptability.
