Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy — Company + CEO
- Define positioning, messaging pillars, key offers, and proof points for both corporate brand and CEO personal brand.
- Maintain a practical, living brand system covering tone of voice, narratives, and visual direction.
- Create quarterly campaigns and weekly content themes that are directly aligned to revenue goals, not just engagement.
• CEO Personal Brand Engine (End-to-End)
- Translate the CEO's expertise, perspective, and track record into content that feels credible, premium, and sharp.
- Build and manage a weekly, monthly and quarterly content plan across LinkedIn and short- form video platforms.
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, and content frameworks that are genuinely easy to binge and share.
• Viral + Business Content (Not Just Views)
- Produce content that is "viral-smart": strong hook, compelling story and clear payoff that drives inquiry.
- Balance three content modes: personal storytelling, authority-building, and proof — case studies, results, market insights.
- Build repeatable series formats such as "1 idea a day", "myth vs truth", "client story", and "market update"
• Short-Form Video Production
- Deliver Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with fast pacing, subtitles, scroll-stopping patterns, and retention edits.
- Repurpose one long-form content piece into 5–7 distributable assets each week
• Brand-to-Business Conversion
- Convert content reach into lead actions: DM scripts and lead magnets.
- Ensure all content aligns with corporate messaging and service offers targeting UHNW individuals, investors, and migration clients.
