Location: Ekkamai 22, Bangkok
Working days: Mon – Fri (9 am – 6 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Project Consultant Team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Establish and implement workflows, processes, and best practices for client servicing and project coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Director and Project Director to align execution with company objectives.
• Client Relationship Management.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.
- Manage ongoing client communication, including progress updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
• Business Development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to TORs (Terms of Reference) and RFPs.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tender documentation in collaboration with the Design Team.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Interior Design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or project consulting.
- Proven leadership experience with strong team management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of interior design, construction processes, and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
