Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management.
- Oversee the entire bakery production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality control procedures.
- Continuously improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.
• Logistics & Supply Chain
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including raw material planning and finished goods distribution.
- Optimize warehouse operations and inventory management
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow
• Maintenance & Engineering
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and plant reliability
• Human Resources Management
- Supervise workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development within the factory
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards
- Build a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture .
• IT & Systems
- Ensure effective use and implementation of factory systems (ERP, production tracking, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT teams to support system improvements and troubleshooting
• Financial & Operational Control
- Manage factory budget, cost control, and operational expenses
- Analyze KPIs such as production efficiency, waste, downtime, and cost per unit
- Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in bakery / food production.
- Proven experience in managing full factory operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, Maintenance, HR, IT).
