GM R&D
Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 THB
Location: Bangbuethong, Nonthaburi
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive R&D strategy and innovation roadmap for bakery products.
- Lead end-to-end new product development (concept → commercialization).
- Develop and improve bakery formulations (bread, pastry, cakes, frozen dough, etc.)
- Work closely with Marketing, Production, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, FDA).
- Manage cost optimization and raw material sourcing strategies.
- Oversee product trials, scaling, and industrialization processes.
- Analyze consumer trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing R&D team.
- Support business expansion, including new channels or international markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Bakery Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in R&D within bakery or food manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in bakery product development and large-scale production.
- Proven track record in leading R&D teams and launching successful products.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
