IT Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise systems, network, security, and end-user support to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
- Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP / business applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, WMS, HRMS, BI systems) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage IT projects and system integrations, ensuring timely delivery, system reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Supervise and develop the IT team, while managing vendors, IT budget, and service performance to maintain high operational standards.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and system governance, ensuring data security, system compliance, and continuous improvement of IT services.
