Junior - Mid Level Litigation Lawyer
Salary: Up to 50,000 THB
Location: Si Lom
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution in Thailand, including court proceedings and coordination with police and government authorities.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance, and provide practical legal advice on policies and risk management.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, while supporting corporate governance and preparing accurate MoMs.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities, and maintain organized legal records.
- Must be able to travel; the company provides transportation.
