Knowledge Manager
Location: Silom
Salary: up to 80,000 THB
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop employee skills to improve productivity and overall work performance.
- Design training programs using internal content, academic frameworks, case studies, and brand guidelines/manuals.
- Deliver training to staff and back-office teams to ensure consistent knowledge and standards.
- Create learning materials such as slide decks, guides, and infographics to support training.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help employees understand and apply key concepts in their work.
- Research and implement AI tools that can enhance employee productivity and train staff on how to use them effectively.
