Key Responsibilities: 

• Commercial Strategy

- Defines and leads the company’s commercial direction, crafting multi-channel sales strategies across Retail, Rental, Wholesale, Part Supply, Service and Online to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

- Oversees strategic product positioning, pricing architecture, and go-to-market execution, ensuring competitive advantage and profitability in alignment with business objectives.

• Customer & Market Leadership

- Champions a customer-centric approach by architecting customer lifecycle strategies, expanding value-added services, and strengthening key account management. - Drives market development and strategic partnerships to unlock new segments, accelerate growth, and position GTM as a leading industry player.

• Operational & Financial Excellence

- Provides executive oversight of core operations including service engineering, fleet and warehouse management, and spare parts logistics, ensuring seamless, scalable, and customer-focused delivery.

- Leads enterprise-level financial governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, to ensure long-term sustainability, cost optimization, and compliance.

• Organizational Leadership & Transformation

- Directs the strategic development of HR, Workplace, and IT functions to build an adaptive, high-performance organization ready for future growth.

- Cultivates a purpose-driven culture focused on operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, aligning talent strategies with the company’s long-term vision.

 
Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent executive role.

- Experience in material handling, forklift, or related industries is a plus.

- Strong track record in developing and executing commercial and operational strategies, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or material handling sectors.

- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel sales (Retail, Rental, Wholesale) and service operations.

- Expertise in P&L management, financial planning, and business performance optimization.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and strong execution capabilities.

- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
