Job Purpose:
- This position is responsible for leading and managing Trade Marketing initiatives and New Product Development (NPD) to drive brand growth, enhance in-store visibility, increase market share, and successfully launch new products aligned with company strategy and consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and implement annual Trade Marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Brand Marketing teams.
- Design and execute effective in-store activation campaigns, promotions, POSM, and merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize trade programs and improve ROI.
- Work closely with Key Account and Modern Trade teams to align trade activities with business objectives.
- Manage trade marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
New Product Development (NPD):
- Lead end-to-end process of new product development from ideation, market analysis, concept testing, to launch execution.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely development and product compliance.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer research to identify innovation opportunities.
- Support go-to-market strategies including packaging design, pricing, and launch communication.
- Monitor performance of new products and make recommendations for improvement or scaling.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing preferably in food industry.
• Strong understanding of Thai retail landscape (Modern Trade and Traditional Trade).
• Must be able to commute to work onsite (workplace is not near public transit)
• Company uniform required Mon–Thu
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
