Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sample development, including proto, fit, SMS, PP samples.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams (PD, technicians, MQ, sample room) and overseas counterparts to align on development status and requirements.
- Review tech packs, BOMs, and artwork to ensure seamless handover to the sample room.
- Attend fit sessions and provide accurate, timely follow-up on technical changes.
- Translate all fit comments and technical instructions into Thai for easy execution by technical teams and sample room.
- Track sample WIP, raise delays or bottlenecks proactively, and provide daily/weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate materials, trims, and approvals needed to support timely sample creation.
- Maintain updated development trackers, timelines, and reporting documents.
- Support basic costing and pre-production preparation as needed.
- Ensure accurate and professional customer communication in written and oral English.
