Operations Manager

Salary: 50,000 / 55,000 THB
Key Responsibilities:
Operation Management & System Setup
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure smooth execution and consistent standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, and workflows with real operational impact.
- Utilize POS (FoodStory), inventory, and operational tools with strong proficiency.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports (sales, COG, COL, average bill, customer feedback, reviews).
- Resolve FOH and BOH issues independently without reliance on constant founder intervention.
Cost & Inventory Control
- Control COG and COL in line with company targets
- Design and optimize inventory systems between central kitchen and outlets
- Oversee purchasing and M&R processes with transparency and cost discipline
People & Team Management
- Lead Restaurant Managers and FOH/BOH teams to maintain high operational standards
- Plan manpower effectively based on business volume and service periods
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching aligned with company values
- Motivate and retain strong teams for long-term growth
- Ensure service consistency across all branches
Quality & Standard Control
- Ensure consistent product and service quality across all locations
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions
- Build a quality-driven, guest-focused work culture
Expansion & New Store Support
- Support new store openings (recruitment, training, system setup, test runs)
- Prepare teams and systems for smooth post-opening operations
- Develop scalable manuals and operational frameworks to support growth
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Operation Manager (or equivalent) in the F&B industry
- Experience managing multiple outlets or teams of 30+ staff
- Proven involvement in new store openings
- Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations
- Hands-on experience with POS (FoodStory), inventory, and cost control
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with strong leadership presence
