Operations Manager
Location: Silom
Salary: 60,000 – 100,000 THB
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management – Oversee end-to-end outlet operations; monitor sales, COL, and COGS; conduct store visits and internal audits; ensure alignment with company policies and airport regulations.
- Budget & Target Management – Set and track branch sales targets; analyze KPIs; implement improvement plans; drive promotions and cost discipline.
- People Leadership & Payroll Verification – Lead and mentor Area and Store Managers; manage manpower planning; review and approve payroll data (attendance, OT, leave) before HR submission.
- Inventory & Supply Chain – Ensure inventory accuracy; oversee stock movement; coordinate replenishment; conduct periodic stock audits.
- Quality Assurance & Brand Standards – Maintain consistent service, food quality, hygiene, and compliance with franchise and airport requirements; support new store launches.
- Reporting & Coordination – Prepare monthly operational reports; lead manager meetings; coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Digital - Transformation – Identify process gaps; implement efficiency initiatives; leverage data dashboards and AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
