Project Lead
Location: BTS Asoke , MRT Pethburi
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000
Working days: Mon – Fri 09.00-18.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle software implementation projects from initiation to go live.
- Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and resource planning.
- Drive project execution to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary contact point between client, internal team, and PMO.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to management on a regular basis.
- Assign, review, and control project tasks to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation to team members throughout the implementation process.
- Support critical project activities when necessary (e.g., data migration, system configuration, user training).
- Ensure all project documentation complies with ISO29110 and company standards.
- Provide high-level consultation and advisory support to clients regarding system usage and business process alignment.
