Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end plastic injection projects, including tooling and mold design
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Oversee mold design and validation, ensuring DFM compliance
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Communicate project progress with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Singapore, Malaysia, or India
- Maximum age: 48 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 6+ years in manufacturing, preferably in injection molding, pad printing, or assembly
- Familiar with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of injection molding process, mold construction, and DFM principles
- Familiar with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, SPC) and ISO standards
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QA, procurement)
- Proficiency in English; Chinese or Thai language skills will be better
