Sales Director - Chinese Speaking
Location: Silom
Salary: up to 200k
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
- Identify, develop, and expand direct supply channels and retail networks, including distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners to drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and ensure effective execution of sales plans, with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead business negotiations with key partners and oversee the review and execution of sales agreements and contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and business expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales.
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s market landscape and distribution channels.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and market insight.
