Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Defining Sales Promotion Strategies:
- Develop sales promotion plans and promotions for all channels within the allocated budget. 
- Determine price structures. 
- Create Go-to-Market plans for new products (NPD) across all channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Distributors). 
- Analyze customer and market insights to identify new opportunities and trends for developing sales promotion strategies. 
- Developing Promotional Materials and Product Visibility:
- Drive visibility through POSM, shelf share, and advantageous product placement compared to competitors, adhering to brand guidelines. 
- Prepare support materials for the sales team, such as sales kits and sales talks. 
- Supporting Sales Promotion Activities for Distributors:
- Coordinate with distributors. 
- Support promotional programs/incentives and premium products for various in-store promotions. 
- Monitor sales and set joint targets. 
- Managing and Overseeing the Event Team:
- Plan event team activities, including defining activity formats, promotions, and activity areas. 
- Provide media, premiums, and equipment. 
- Monitor performance to develop and improve the event team's efficiency.
