Key responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to improve business operations.
- Assist in the deployment and optimization of IT systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.
- Analyze workflows and recommend digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients to maximize the value of implemented solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and innovations to recommend cutting-edge solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT consulting, business process improvement, or system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
